Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our Client Care Team at contact@enhanse.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt and evaluation of the returned goods. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

For ENHANSE products purchased via Amazon, please follow the return policy provided directly on the Amazon website, as those orders are managed separately.
