Good news! Shipping is on us for all orders over $40.
To ensure the best possible service, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. We're working to expand our international shipping options soon.
We are unable to accommodate changes to shipping information once an order has been processed. Should you need to make a change please contact our Client Care Team, contact@enhanse.com, who will facilitate cancellation of the original order provided the order has not been processed and request placement of a new order with the correct address. If the order has been processed it will go through our standard return policy procedure.
We understand that receiving a damaged item can be frustrating. Here's how we can help you resolve this quickly:
- Take Photos: To help us assess the damage and expedite your replacement or refund, please take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
- Contact Us Within 7 Days: Reach out to our Client Care team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Please email us at contact@enhanse.com and include your order number and the photos.
- We'll Be in Touch Soon: Our Client Care Team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. This may include a replacement, a full refund, or other solutions based on our return policy.

ENHANSE will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the shipping carrier's website.
Orders placed before 8 AM EST Monday-Thursday will be processed the same day and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed after 8 AM EST Friday-Sunday will be processed the next business day and shipped the following business day.
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website. Your order will arrive within the timeframe provided in your selected shipping method once it has been processed.
Please note that unexpected high order volume or unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays, ENHANSE will do our. best to alert Purchasers and make them aware if this issue occurs. ENHANSE follows the US Bank Holiday calendar schedule with associated closures.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please contact our Client Care Team, contact@enhanse.com, within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in its original, unopened condition. Please ensure that all original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.
Once you have received your RMA number, please ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
We will process your return as soon as possible and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.
